چکیده
The objective of the present study was to determine effect feed restriction systems, herbal mixture and their interactions on growth performance, carcass traits, microbial aspects growing New Zealand White (NZW) rabbit kept from 5 13 weeks age. A 3 × 4 factorial arrangement performed, including three systems (ad-libitum, 90%, 80% ad-libitum) four dietary supplementation levels mix (0, 0.30%, 0.50% 0.70%). total number 120 rabbits (male female ratio 1:1) at five age were randomly allotted into twelve experimental groups (n = 10 each). Results showed a significant decrease in body weight, weight gain intake restricted-fed compared control group (ad-libitum). HERBS significantly influenced performance traits rabbits. blend had positive reducing population pathogenic microorganisms increasing lactic acid bacteria. Conclusively, it could be concluded that system has beneficial effects improvement conversion (FCR), gain, traits. In addition, resulted improvements characteristics, age.Highlights:This work investigated (FRS), (HERBS), with rabbits.Restricted decreased live during all ages studied.Feed ratio, improved due FRS.The growth,

Effects of Feed Restriction on Production Performance and Carcass Characteristics of Koekoek Chickens in Ethiopia
This study was conducted to examine the effects of feed restriction on production performance as well as traits relating to egg and carcass yield in Potchefstroom Koekoek dual purpose chicken bred under Ethiopian conditions. A total of 240 one-day-old dual purpose Koekoek chicks were randomly distributed into 12 experimental pens, representing 4 feeding treatments to evaluate the performance of...
متن کاملFeed restriction strategy in the growing rabbit. 2. Impact on digestive health, growth and carcass characteristics.
A field enquiry mentioned the potential positive impact of a feed restriction on the health of young rabbits, but no objective information relates the intake to digestive health. The effects of a post-weaning feed restriction strategy were thus studied on digestive health and growth and carcass parameters of the growing rabbit, using a monofactorial design that produces a quantitative linear re...

15 صفحه اولEffects of water restriction on growth performance, feed nutrient digestibility, carcass and meat traits of rabbits.
The study investigates the effects of a post-weaning water restriction on performance, nutrient digestibility, carcass traits and meat quality of 84-day-old rabbits. A total of 1388 weaned rabbits (35 days) were randomly divided into two groups on the basis of BW and sex. The two groups were fed the same diets ad libitum both in the post-weaning (35 to 60 days) and fattening (61 to 84 days) per...

An experiment was carried to evaluate the effects of gender and two dietary ionophores on growth performance and slaughter characteristics in Moghani sheep. A total of 30 Moghani lambs (15 males and 15 females) were distributed randomly into 30 individual cages. Each gender group consisted of 5 animals and fed with a basal diet with no supplement, the same basal diet plus 25 mg/kg monensin (MON...
